I've heard that about 3 months after having a baby it is supposedly normal to leave a small rodent behind. Did this happen to anyone else? When or will it end? If not, I pose the question, should I go for Rogaine or a nice stylin wig?
Jani I'm so sorry!!!! I lost a TON of hair after each of my baby babes. Honestly I remember lying in bed one night and I told Jeremy that in the morning I would need to go look for wigs! It felt like I was down to 82 hairs. :) I hated to even wash my hair because I was so scared to see how much hair would fall out! You can try Nioxin shampoo. If I remember right it lasted for several months and then I had new hair sprouting up everywhere. One of the many joys of after baby! :)
Yes, it happened to me! My doc told me it's just because all the hormones are in the right place to cause it right then, but those always fluctuate and it will stop soon...You have beautiful hair still!
Wayne was disgusted/appalled/amazed at the amount of hair I managed to loose everytime I washed my hair. For me, it started at 6 weeks and lasted until 6 months postpartum. Having 5 babies in 8 years my hair has been through a horrible cycle of growing, thinning, shedding, and drying out so many times I think it will never recover.
We have been married 12 crazy but awesome yrs. Time flies when you are in love (that's the last of the mushiness). We are truly each others best friends and we do almost everything together, golfing, snowboarding, camping, are just a few things we enjoy. We have recently taken on the new role of parenthood together. Although it is a lot of work, we find the journey completly priceless and wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. We even work together. Bryce and his brother own their own business, Stevenson Homes Inc. he is a general contractor and does such a great job supporting what little family we have. I'm not being bias when I say that they build the most beautiful homes. I keep busy doing the book work for Bryce's company and I also have my own design company that my mother and I started, J&K Design.
baby girl Audrey
10 years later we finally had our first baby girl who happens to be the joy of our lives. Her name is Audrey. She is the biggest stinkin cutie I've ever seen and can't even imagine my life without her. She is 2 years old, running around and has such an attitude, I mean personality of her own....I'm just so dang grateful that I have a Father in Heaven that trusts me with such a precious little monkey.
our furry friend Abbie
Can't forget to mention our chocolate lab, Abbie. Her accomplishments thus far have consisted of sit, lay, lay your head down, shake, speak, fetch and stay. She lives up to the saying, "man's best friend", and we definetly consider her part of the Stevenson Familia!!!!
